Interlibrary Loan (ILL) offers Jacksonville Public Library cardholders in good standing the opportunity to request and receive materials (books and/or photocopies from books or periodicals) not owned by the library.
Jacksonville Public Library will soon be joining with other Florida libraries in offering a new, streamlined way to obtain books through Interlibrary Loan: the Florida Navigator. When the Florida Navigator is launched, you will be able to search WorldCat and place requests with a few clicks using your computer.
Your key to using the Florida Navigator is your valid Jacksonville Public Library card and PIN. If you don’t have a PIN or have forgotten it, library staff can provide a new PIN either in person or by calling 630-2665. You can also request your PIN online using the form found at http://jpl.coj.net/lib/replaceform.html. You’ll use the same PIN to access your library card account, Overdrive, and the Florida Navigator.
